The IOSH Leading Safely course is designed for directors and senior managers in various roles including technical, operational, maintenance, HR, finance, etc. The course focuses on safety leadership and the key role that leaders play in setting the right example and expectations.
We introduce additional examples drawing from the experience of our trainer to bring the course to life. We also include a practical session taking delegates into their workplace to encourage them to look at their workplace in a different way.
The IOSH Working Safely course is designed to provide learners with an understanding of how their actions in the workplace contribute to safety and health. In addition, it ensures that they clearly understand their safety and health responsibilities, and understand the basic principles of risk assessment.
Health & Safety Management Profile (HASMAP) is a comprehensive management audit tool for assessing the effectiveness of safety and health risk controls. It was developed by the Universities Safety & Health Association (USHA) and is used to evaluate the management of safety and health in Higher Education Institutions.
We have worked closely with the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) to develop a bespoke Corporate Safety Management Training course for a client in Hong Kong. This included acting as the Lead Consultant for the client and as the interface with IOSH. Once the materials were developed, we conducted pilot courses and then delivered the course both virtually and in-person in Hong Kong.
